What are concessions in hotel contracts?
Concessions are the extras a hotel agrees to on top of the room rate in a group contract. Common concessions include complimentary or discounted parking, Wi-Fi, meeting space, food and beverage credits, suite upgrades, and early check-in or late checkout privileges. Concessions vary significantly between properties and markets, making historical tracking valuable for future negotiations.
